The head of state conducted a visit to address Ukrainian forces in the Pokrovsk area on the start of the week. The president confirmed that he engaged with soldiers at the command post of the 1st Corps of the state defense force Azov, which is conducting a defensive operation in the Dobropillya area, a town approximately 20km from Pokrovsk.

Volatile Conditions in Pokrovsk

Updated analysis from a local initiative showed that invading troops had made gains into Pokrovsk and its environs, though significant areas lacked clear dominance by either side.
