The storyline introduces a "unusually dressed woman named Ada" who tasks the pair with venturing into the Crystalline Cavern—a important location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her ally from a secret cult.

The adventure centers on "strange trials and a fearsome adversary" and is open to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

The trailer showcases the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through ages.
